Today, through Jared’s leadership, determination and vision, the organization has shown tremendous vertical growth, stretching across provinces and encompassing all areas of construction.
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and licensed Realtor, Jared focuses on maintaining the image as a quality and innovative builder.
Off the clock, Jared enjoys managing and coaching minor hockey, traveling and golfing.
With over 15 years of construction experience in the Lower Mainland, Dani’s project portfolio includes municipal permit processing, Construction of industrial and commercial facilities and multiple phase residential projects. She is experienced with sizable developments ranging from 10 to 300+ units. She’s active in the community, volunteering as a mentor with YWCA Connect for Success and BCIT School of Construction.
Connie works closely with Metro49 Construction, providing strategic and financial direction to assist in reaching their business goals. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA.CA) with degrees in both Business Administration and International Business Management. Her experience includes structure planning, business projections, finance management, and risk mitigation.
Steve assists customers with their project, offering urban development and community planning services. He provides ideas and design possibilities for development needs and ensures that plans coincide with Municipal Development Plan and Zoning by-laws and other policies or provisions that would affect the development of land.
Kyle manages the development of the raw land into serviceable lots, and ensures the development remains on budget and timelines are met. He is also responsible for coordinating the various sub-contractors and utilities for installations of infrastructure i.e. excavation contractor, underground infrastructure, paving contractor, hydro and supervising all stages of land development to ensure quality work that conforms to the engineered drawings and local building standards.
